Cancellation Policy
At Blue Door Salon & Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. To help us do that, we require a valid credit card on file to secure all appointments at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance:
- At least 12 hours before your appointment for individual bookings
- At least 24 hours in advance for group bookings of three or more guests
Changes or cancellations made after the required notice period will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re happy to assist when possible—but repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
