Award Winning Blue Door Spa and Salon Inc is looking for qualified and professional Hairstylists

We are seeking talented and experienced Hair Stylists to join our team. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including haircuts, coloring, and styling, as well as hair extensions, special occasion hair, makeup application, nail care, and waxing. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft and enjoys working with people. If you have outstanding skills in your field, as well as great organizational skills, communication and retailing skills, come and join the Blue Door Spa and Salon team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, and styling services to clients that meet
their individual needs and expectations.

- Educate clients on Blue Door Spa and Salon products, services and treatments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

- Mentor junior stylists

Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
