Membership Terms & Policies

Billing & Membership

  • Membership dues are processed automatically each month from the date of subscription
  • Royal Blue requires a 6-month minimum commitment
  • Benefits and discounts are valid only while membership is active and in good standing
  • Pricing or benefits may be modified with 30 days' written notice
  • Agreement remains active until canceled by either party

Credits & Usage

  • Monthly service credits must be used within the active membership period
  • Credits are non-transferable, except for designated members on Mid & Top Tier plans
  • Credits hold no cash value
  • Upon cancellation, unused credits must be used within 30 days of final billing
  • Credits do not roll over beyond this period

Freeze Policy

  • Members may freeze membership with 15 days' written notice via email
  • $20 monthly freeze fee applies during the freeze period
  • May be frozen up to 6 months per calendar year
  • No credits accrue and no benefits apply during freeze
  • Membership automatically resumes when the freeze period ends

Cancellation

  • Submit cancellations in person or via email to [email protected]
  • 30-day written notice required prior to next billing date
  • Payments processed within the 30-day notice period remain valid
  • Unused credits must be used within 30 days of final billing
  • Credits and benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Early cancellation during a commitment period may forfeit unused credits

Multi-Member Plans

  • Designated members for Mid & Top Tier plans must be named at enrollment
  • Designated member changes allowed up to 2 times per calendar year

Acknowledgment

  • By enrolling, you authorize Blue Door Spa & Salon to charge the monthly fee to the card or bank account on file
  • Enrollment confirms acknowledgment of all terms outlined here

Membership commitment is a minimum of 6 months for Royal Blue. All cancellations must be in writing with a 30-day notice thereafter. Membership terms, benefits, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
